Cancellation/Modification Before Shipment
Orders once placed can only be cancelled/modified on the same day (the day the order is placed) by 9pm IST. Please contact our Help Line to place your cancellation/ request.
For any cancellation/modification related request please get in touch with our Help Line by logging into the InaMinute website and clicking on the Help Icon on the bottom right of the home screen.

We do not accept cancellations/modifications after the time window is closed. Exceptions if any, will be at the INaMinute’s discretion. In case of any dispute, decision of INaMinute shall be final and binding.
For cancelled /modified orders the refund will be initiated on the next working day. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 5-10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
